Eastern Communications re-launched

Eastern Communications has re-launched the brand through its “Our Strong Connection” campaign after 138 years of providing customers with connectivity products and solutions to business needs.

Eastern Communication is committed to bringing back the human connection in the business of communications technology with personalized service and customized solutions.

Eastern Communications is one of the country’s telecommunications companies, pioneering the first data center in the country. Operating in locations of Metro Manila, Baguio, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Cebu, its 138-year legacy includes partnerships with industry players, government agencies, institutions, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and, today, even households.

The business connectivity solutions provider is the first and only major telecommunications company to secure the ISO 9001:2015 certification.

As it re-launches, the company eyes to focus on “high tech and high touch” service.

“This is our two-pronged approach to our new brand – high tech means that we offer products and services that are at par with other telecommunication companies but we are also high touch as we offer personalized customer service to our clients. While we strive to give our customers products and services that are both timely and innovative, we will never lose sight of the people who will actually use the technology,” said Eastern Communications marketing division head Catherine Muynila.

The clarion call of the campaign is to “bring back the human connection in the business of communications technology” and a re-commitment of Eastern Communications to its clients to providing them with personalized service and customized solutions to fit a client’s business needs. From entrepreneurs to established companies, Eastern Communications promises to become the partner of businesses of all sizes in achieving their goals and their bridge to overcoming obstacles that they encounter along the way.

“What makes Eastern Communications unique is that we are large enough and with our long history, have expertise at par with other large telcos but we are just the right size to deliver on our promise of responsive and personalized customer service. We are business made especially personal,” Muynila said.

Easter Communications is set to unveil this year its Internet portfolio, including its Internet Direct Service (IDS) products and new products specific to the SME industry. Eastern Communications will also continue its network modernization program.
