GoTo hosts first-ever partner summit to recognize achievements in PH

This growth marked a significant milestone for GoTo in Southeast Asia (SEA), having increased their solutions uptake by 30% since expanding into the region in early 2022. The summit featured presentation of GoTo’s IT Management and Support, and Business Communications portfolio roadmaps.

GoTo, a player in remote work technology, hosted its inaugural partner summit in the Philippines, that provided local partners with insight into GoTo’s channel growth in 2022. This growth marked a significant milestone for GoTo in Southeast Asia (SEA), having increased their solutions uptake by 30% since expanding into the region in early 2022. The summit featured presentation of GoTo’s IT Management and Support, and Business Communications portfolio roadmaps.

“It was great to be able to connect with our partners at the summit. They have been integral in extending GoTo’s market reach, expanding on our business offerings, and bolstering our channel presence with our IT management and support, and business communications solutions,” said Yvette McEnearney, Senior Director, Channel Sales APAC, GoTo. “Our channel growth in the Philippines and the wider region has been remarkable, as evidenced by the 65% increase in revenue in SEA over the past two years. With the continued support of our partners, we are confident that we will achieve even greater success in 2023 and beyond.”

GoTo’s distributor VST ECS and many partners based in the Philippines attended the summit, gaining valuable insights on how to enhance their business growth across the complete range of GoTo solutions.

“Over the past year, our partnership with GoTo has achieved tremendous success, with a rising adoption rate of their solutions and overwhelmingly positive customer feedback here in the Philippines,” said Jimmy Go, President & CEO at VST ECS. “It was great to understand the broader outlook of GoTo’s focus for 2023, and we look forward to continuing to support them.”

“The successful take-up rate of our IT Management and Support solutions such as GoTo Resolve and Rescue in the Philippines, has been largely due to the insight and understanding of the local landscape by our channel partners. We are proud to share that over the last two years, our IT solutions portfolio in the Philippines has garnered 65% revenue growth, 30% customer growth and 40% channel growth for the company. Following the partner summit, we are confident that our channel focused approach across SEA will lead GoTo to even greater heights” said Andrew Kernebone, Director of Presales APAC, GoTo.
