Back-to-school season brings challenges for both students and parents as buying school supplies, and required gadgets to use can be stressful. To make life simpler and easier for students and parents, digital imaging devices provider Canon Marketing Philippines is ready to support them with its back-to-school campaign, “Print Your Way to A+” and Campus Tour 2025 which offer affordable printing options and rewards.
Canon’s back-to-school promo highlights its MegaTank and PIXMA printers, each assembled to meet the needs of students. In its recent event, Canon showcased how its MegaTank and PIXMA printers boost productivity and deliver convenient printing with low cost per print and easy maintenance. Apart from this, Canon executives demonstrated how students can use the Canon App to track points and apply them toward everyday expenses.
Hands-on demonstrations to try out Canon PIXMA and MAXIFY MegaTank printers were conducted, where media representatives and student leaders from various universities explore features useful for academic work such as wireless connectivity, two-sided printing to reduce paper use and compact designs that fit in limited study spaces. The MAXIFY MegaTank printers’ high-yield ink systems can produce up to 21,000 color pages or 9,000 black pages in economy mode.
Canon announced its Ink Bundle Promo, in which select PIXMA Mega Tank printers, namely G2730, G3730, G4770, G3780, and G4780 come with one free set of GI-71s inks until September 30, 2025. The company also dropped their ink bottle prices to make it more affordable and encourage more printing.
The campaign also includes the Canon Rewards Points for students that can be redeemed at over 400 merchants nationwide through Giftaway e-gift certificates, adding value beyond printing supplies.
“We recognize that students face increasing academic demands while managing limited resources,” said Anuj Aggarwal, CEO and president at Canon Marketing Philippines. “Through this back-to-school campaign, we engage directly with students and show them how our printers are made to meet their evolving needs – from document printing to creative projects.”
The event also featured registered psychologist Riyan Portuguez, more popularly known as “Your Millennial Psychologist,” who spoke about the importance of mental wellness in academic success. Her presence reinforced Canon’s broader mission of supporting students holistically, recognizing that academic achievement involves more than just the right tools, but also mental resilience to navigate the pressures of student life.
