EastWest announces various digital banking platforms

EastWest has made it possible to reclaim freedom and control of your time with their suite of digital banking platforms available to anyone with an EastWest bank account.

Sometimes, getting our important bank errands done can be a hassle. Who’d want to spend too much time lining up at the bank, waiting for your turn at the teller, when you can be doing something more productive or leisurely with your day?

Fortunately, there’s a solution to everyone’s banking woes. EastWest has made it possible to reclaim freedom and control of your time with their suite of digital banking platforms available to anyone with an EastWest bank account.

  1. EastWest Online Banking

You don’t have to go out and visit an EastWest store just to do functions like managing your bank account, transferring funds, and more. Simply do all of that on EastWest’s Online Banking portal, which is fast and easy-to-use. Sign up for an EastWest Online account at personal.eastwestbanker.com.

  1. EastWest Mobile Banking

No matter where you are, you also don’t have to be in front of a computer to get some banking done—people on the go can easily do what they need to on EastWest’s Mobile Banking app. Send money, pay bills, deposit checks, turn your debit card on and off, and more on the app using your EastWest Online account. Download it on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Huawei Media Gallery.

  1. EasyWay

There are some banking transactions that can’t be done online or through the ATM so you need to physically visit an EastWest store, such as depositing cash, encashing a check, and the like, but that doesn’t mean you have to spend a long time waiting in the bank. EasyWay allows you to book store transactions in advance via e-mail, Facebook Messenger, or SMS/Viber, making your visits quick and efficient.

Simply send a message to m.me/EastWestEasyWay on Messenger, +639479941880 via SMS/Viber, or to easyway@eastwestbanker.com with your details and the kind of transaction you’re booking.

  1. ESTA

The EastWest System Tech Assistant, or ESTA Chatbot, is a virtual assistant chatbot on Facebook Messenger that lets EastWest credit cardholders perform common credit card services and functions, such as Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Installment, Insta-Cash, and more. There’s no need to download any additional software—simply send the ESTA Chatbot a message at ewlend.com/esta.

  1. Komo

What if you can transact with a bank that’s 100% digital? That’s what Komo by EastWest is all about—you can manage, save, and grow your money in a bank that’s completely online. Conveniently open a savings account or get an insurance plan on Komo by downloading the app on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Huawei Media Gallery.
