This partnership forms part of PSIA’s vision to drive innovation in the Philippine software products and services industry and increase its global market share.

As a strategic, consulting partner, Mercer will help PSIA develop greater insight into the people-related issues crucial to enhancing the Philippine Software Industry.

Under the aegis of this partnership, Mercer will undertake in-depth quarterly talent research and work with PSIA’s more than 146 member companies in developing actionable insights to improve human resources in the IT and Software Development industry.

“We are very excited and proud to partner with PSIA and look forward to bringing Mercer’s market-leading expertise in talent consulting to bear in the rapidly-evolving Philippine software industry,” said Ms. Godelieve Van Dooren, Mercer’s Market Business Leader ASEAN, Information Solutions.

“PSIA is delighted to have Mercer come on board as our consulting partner.
