The HONOR Watch 6 is built for users who move across different sports and training routines, offering 120+ sports modes, specialized professional training features, and precise activity tracking. Whether running, cycling, playing badminton, hitting the football field, or trying a new sport, it gives users the tools to better understand their performance and improve across different activities.
“We designed the HONOR Watch 6 to be a versatile companion for people who move in different ways, whether they are training seriously or simply staying active every day,” said Stephen Cheng, Vice President of HONOR Philippines. “With specialized features for different types of training, the HONOR Watch 6 gives users more ways to track their performance and push their limits.”
120+ Sports Modes for Every Kind of Athlete
The HONOR Watch 6 supports a wide range of workouts and training routines, with dedicated tools designed to provide deeper insights for more specialized activities.
For more specialized training, the Football Professional Mode tracks steps, distance, sprint speed, average speed, and segment data, with heat maps and movement analysis available through the companion app. Meanwhile, the Badminton Professional Mode provides detailed insights across five dimensions and nine core data points, including swing count, swing speed, shot power, forehand and backhand ratio, and stroke types.
Runners can also take advantage of the Professional Running Coach, which offers lactate threshold heart rate monitoring, real-time AI voice guidance, heart rate and pace targets, and posture analysis to support more efficient training.
For Outdoor Performance
The HONOR Watch 6 features the HONOR AccuTrack System, which combines a new GNSS chip with dual-band GPS technology for faster satellite acquisition and more precise positioning. Its dual-frequency independent positioning supports up to 42 hours of use, while 3D distance measurement enables more accurate tracking for activities such as trail running, mountaineering, and cycling. Backing these capabilities is a 980mAh battery that delivers up to 35 days of battery life in long-endurance scenarios and up to 17 days of typical usage.
Designed for active environments, the 1.46-inch Hybrid LTPS display reaches up to 3,000 nits’ peak brightness, while Wet Touch Control keeps the screen responsive in rain, sweat, and humid conditions. At just 41g and 10.8mm thick, the HONOR Watch 6 remains lightweight and comfortable for extended wear, whether during workouts or throughout the day.
Beyond sports tracking, the watch also features Body Energy Assessment, which uses data such as heart rate, HRV, sleep, and stress to help users better understand their energy levels and make more informed decisions about exercise and recovery.
With its extensive sports modes, specialized training tools, precise outdoor positioning, long-lasting battery, and wellness features, the HONOR Watch 6 brings together the essentials for users looking to stay active, track their progress, and make the most of every move.
