Smart, TNT, TPC mark 14 years of empowering Filipino entrepreneurs at 2026 kick-off

By enabling Filipinos to earn income through loading services, the partnership has transformed mobile load from a commodity found only in select stores into a service available wherever the customer is.

Marking nearly a decade and a half of shared success following TPC’s 13th anniversary in 2025, Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) and TNT supported Telepreneur Corp. (TPC)’s high-energy 2026 Kick-Off Event—ushering in the company’s 14th year of operations. The celebration highlights a 14-year collaboration facilitated through key account partner Hatchiko, a partnership that has become the “backbone” of TPC’s operations and a primary driver of digital inclusion across the Philippines.

A foundation of resilience and growth

Since its inception, the alliance between Smart, TNT, Hatchiko, and TPC has focused on providing “pang-masa” (for the masses) livelihood opportunities. By enabling Filipinos to earn income through loading services, the partnership has transformed mobile load from a commodity found only in select stores into a service available wherever the customer is.

“Our partnership with Smart and TNT through Hatchiko has been with us since day one,” said Mariel Astudillo, President of TPC. “They have supported us through ups and downs, helping us overcome challenges to become a foundation of this industry.

This stability is a rarity in the industry. Sajiron Dayao, TPC VP for Sales and Marketing, noted that very few multi-level marketing companies in the Philippines reach the 14th year. To date, this collaboration has helped create over 1,200 self-made millionaires within the TPC community.

Human connection in a digital age

While e-wallets have become more common, Christian So, AVP and Head of National Key Accounts for Smart, emphasized that TPC provides a vital “human touch” that technology alone cannot replace.

“TPC thrives on person-to-person selling,” So explained. “There is a level of customer education and service there—helping a customer pick the right product for their budget—that cannot be done by self-service e-wallets. It’s important that Smart is there for all walks of life, whether they are digitally savvy or crave that human connection.”

Driving momentum for 2026

The 2026 kick-off event functioned as a strategic “wake-up call” to mobilize TPC’s nationwide network and ignite organizational growth. To drive this momentum, Smart and TNT introduced the Sumakses Loyalty Promo, which provides incentives for members as they build their communities. Highlighting the celebration were grand prizes, including a brand-new motorcycle and a laptop, alongside a special raffle of 14 smartphones to honor the 14-year partnership. This energy is backed by TPC’s ongoing commitment to infrastructure upgrades, ensuring the company continues to enhance its systems and adapt to advancing technology.

As TPC looks toward 2026, the primary goal remains sustainability and the “upliftment of the Filipino community.” With a growing membership that includes a significant number of OFWs, the partnership continues to expand its reach far beyond Philippine shores.
