Midea launched the Midea Club Flash Installation Tournament 2025, the largest professional air conditioner installation competition in Southeast Asia, with more than 10,000 participating installers from five countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
With the theme of “Master Speed, More Profits,” the competition underscores Midea’s commitment to empowering partner installers and technicians while improving customer service quality and raising industry standards for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning/ Air Treatment across the region.
In the Philippines, five semi-finalists recently won the nationwide preliminary rounds, namely Joseph Rebulado (1st Place), Homer Tibay (2nd Place), Mark Kevin Pena (3rd Place), Jeorme Pumaren (4th Place), and Vincent Gubat (5th Place). Each received a plaque and a monetary prize as recognition of their outstanding performance in the competition.
The Philippine representatives will advance to the grand finals in China from November 11 to 13, 2025, competing for the championship title and the USD 5,000 grand prize.

The Semi-Finals showcased the incredible talent of our Filipino installers, and now our top five will carry that excellence to the ASEAN stage,” said Anna Marie Alejandro, Concepcion Midea Incorporated Philippines’ General Manager.
