SkyroCredit reintroduced to highlight Skyro’s flexible borrowing ability

“We’re reintroducing the SkyroCredit to highlight Skyro’s flexible borrowing ability through a credit line that customers can use to purchase items they need or have always dreamed of. The SkyroCredit is also designed to support the country’s easy QR Ph payment,” explained Nasim Aliev, Skyro’s co-founder and co-CEO.

From weekend groceries and late-night cravings to big appliance upgrades and long-time wishlist items, Skyro is making everyday spending more flexible with the relaunch of SkyroCredit — a reusable credit line that lets customers borrow and pay through QR Ph, anytime, anywhere.

SkyroCredit, formerly known as Skyro Pocket, can be used by customers at retail outlets such as drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants, eateries, palengke stalls, and any establishment that accepts the QR Ph. Since it is a reusable credit line, customers can use it to pay for purchases, pay back the amount they have consumed then use again with no need to reapply.

SkyroCredit comes with two powerful features that set it apart: a 1% automatic cashback on every transaction ₱100 and above, and up to 45 days with no interest if the full bill is paid on time. That means customers can spend today, repay later, and still get rewarded — no tricks, just real benefits. Users also enjoy one free top-up every month, with no service or processing fees. Paying the minimum keeps the credit line active, but full and timely repayment unlocks the full perks of SkyroCredit.

SkyroCredit is flexible — customers can choose to pay the full amount or just the minimum. But to enjoy the full benefits like 0% interest and cashback, it’s best to pay in full and on time. For example, if a customer has a ₱5,000 credit limit, the minimum payment required would be ₱500. If ₱2,000 is spent and only the minimum is paid, interest will be charged on the unpaid ₱2,000. The total interest depends on how long the balance remains unpaid and the daily outstanding amount. There is no payment required if the credit limit has not been used.

SkyroCredit is already available to eligible Skyro users and is being rolled out more widely in the coming weeks. Customers can activate their credit line through the Skyro app, check their available limit, and use it instantly wherever QR Ph is accepted.

To enjoy these newest features, download the app for free on Apple Store for iPhone, and iPad users and Google Play for Android users or visit https://www.skyro.ph/ and follow its social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
