Globe has opened a new TM Tindahan in the heart of Vigan City, providing residents and visitors with easier access to essential connectivity products and services, all in one accessible and customer-friendly location.

Located on the ground floor of the Andino Building along Quezon Avenue, the store aims to enhance customer experience by offering faster, more convenient service in one of the country’s most iconic heritage destinations.

Customers visiting the store can enjoy a wide range of services and products, including AMAX retailer SIMs for those starting or growing their load business, 5G-ready mobile phones, application and renewal of Globe Postpaid lines, broadband plans for home connectivity, 0917 lifestyle products, and GCash cash-in services.

“In places like Vigan, where everyday life and tourism come together, having easy access to support matters. This new store allows us to be right where our customers need us, whether they’re registering their SIMs, resolving connectivity concerns, or inquiring about broadband services,” said Chai Alano, Vice President of Channel Management Group at Globe.

Designed with customer ease in mind, the TM Tindahan offers quick and no-frills service for both regular subscribers and first-time users. It also serves as a valuable in-community touchpoint where Globe can listen, learn, and offer more relevant solutions that fit local lifestyles.
