Two organizations in the hospitality industry were accorded recognition for giving importance to human connection and positive workplace culture, in the recently concluded Best Workplaces 2025 Awards ceremony. These were Hilton which placed second best workplace in the medium category and I’M Hotel which garnered the third spot in the small category.
Serving world-class hospitality and commitment to exceptional service across 126 countries, Hilton was recognized as best workplace, cornering the top three spot for three times since 2022. For 2025, the hotel took the second best workplace under the medium category with a Trust Index of 100%.
I’M Hotel, a luxurious hotel in Makati offering 284 suites and world-class hospitality, made it to the top three Best Workplaces for 2025 under the small category. Based on a Trust Index of 100%, the hotel takes pride in earning the third top ranking on its first year on the list for its commitment to excellence.
Organizations which demonstrate employee-first practices and workplace culture were chosen and honored as best workplaces by Great Place To Work Philippines. From 250 certified companies that were surveyed, only 50 made it to the Best Workplaces Awards. These firms, classified into small, medium and large category, were asked to accomplish the Great Place To Work’s Trust Index Survey that evaluates workplace culture through direct employee feedback. The survey examines the level of employee trust, level of employee pride, and the level of camaraderie, and teamwork, providing organizations with actionable insights to enhance their workplace practices.

For 2025, the top workplaces in the Philippines were announced during the awards ceremony. The top three spots for the large category were occupied by Synchrony Global Services Philippines, Inc., [24]7.ai Philippines, and Accenture, respectively. In the medium category, DHL Express, Hilton, and Cisco were ranked first, second, and third best, while Kollab, EXCA Education Migration and Visa Services, and I’M Hotel were the top three best workplaces in the small category.
