Initiatives to broaden and deepen the reach of its retail and customer service underscore the PLDT group’s aspirational multi-year transformation, with elevating customer experience as one of the key priorities. They also contribute to the group’s endeavors to provide connectivity to all.

Aligned with their commitment to customer centricity, the country’s leading integrated telco network PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) unveiled their newest Experience Hub at Robinsons La Union located in San Fernando City, La Union to serve more customers in northern Luzon.

“We continue to prioritize the needs and journey of our customers as we expand our touchpoints in North Luzon. We are committed to supporting the government’s goal of narrowing the digital divide, enabling access to communications, and empowering the local governments and their communities with telco services that can improve their lives,” said Anna Fernando, PLDT Home Retail Management Head.

We envision that the PLDT and Smart Experience Hub in Robinsons La Union will become the community’s go-to hub for all their connectivity needs, ensuring that they have a meaningful experience when they visit our store. We want to give them a complete experience that enables them to live their lives to the fullest when in La Union,” said Eden Techico, VP and Head of Retail Operations and Transformation at PLDT and Smart.
