Eastern Communications’ campaigns win four recognitions at 2023 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards

Eastern’s thought leadership series entitled “Eastern Huddles” was recognized in the categories Thought Leadership Campaign of the Year and Award for Innovation in Business-to-Business Events.

Eastern Communications takes home four awards at the recent 2023 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, cementing its position as a thought leader and innovator in the industry.

Driven by its vision of driving business towards success, Eastern’s thought leadership series entitled “Eastern Huddles” was recognized in the categories Thought Leadership Campaign of the Year and Award for Innovation in Business-to-Business Events.

Meanwhile, its award-winning customer loyalty and retention program, “Eastern Link VIP Club,” received recognitions for the categories: Innovation in Business-to-Business Events and Innovative Achievement in Customer Satisfaction.

According to research by Access Partnership, the digital economy in the Philippines is expected to grow by 30 percent annually. Moreover, leveraging digital transformation to its full potential could unlock an estimated PHP5 trillion (USD101.3 billion) worth of annual economic value in the Philippines by 2030. With this rise in digitalization among businesses, Eastern Communications optimized its High Tech and High Touch approach.

Eastern Huddles is one of the telco’s leading campaigns, showcasing knowledge shared by various industry leaders, it equips businesses across the country with the latest insights and trends to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. On the other hand, Eastern Link VIP Club is a client recognition program that reinforces stronger connections through personalized service and customer-centric initiatives to drive long-term satisfaction.
