Gionee has brought the ELIFE S5.5 to the Philippines. At 5.55 millimeters thick, ELIFE S5.5 ranks the world’s slimmest smartphone right now, according to the Chinese company.
Equipped with the thinnest third generation Corning Gorilla Glass and a metal frame, the ELIFE S5.5 is powered by a True Octa-core CPU clocked at 1.7GHz.
The phone also features a 13.0 megapixel rear camera and a 95 degree ultra-wide angle 5.0 megapixel front camera. The ELIFE S5.5 also boasts of a 5.0″ Full HD Super AMOLED plus screen and a 2,300mAh battery.
Gionee claims it has shipped over 2 million units of ELIFE S5.5 around the globe in less than three months.

Gionee ELIFE S5.5 is now available in Manila, Cebu, Davao for Php21,999 pesos.
