Smart Communications, Inc. partnered with the Local Government of Lapu-Lapu City to provide fast and reliable #SmartWiFi connectivity to the city’s 19 barangays via Smart Barangay Connect, helping LGUs deliver faster government services, kickstart tourism businesses, and aid learners in their online classes amid the pandemic.
