People who have been cheated on feel betrayed, crushed, and feel as though their life is crumbling around them. In addition, those who have been in a long-term relationship may also have other factors to consider, such as joint assets and children. The whole situation can cause a huge amount of stress.

One thing you do need to think about is whether your suspicions are founded or not. It could be very destructive to go in and accuse your partner of infidelity if you are not reasonably convinced, as this could destroy trust in the relationship unnecessarily. So, before you start throwing accusations around, it is worth looking at possible solutions that may give you a better idea of whether your partner is cheating.

The good news is that there are various ways in which you can get a better idea of if your partner may be cheating. Modern technology is one of the solutions that can make it easier to determine whether you are simply being paranoid or there actually is something going on.
For instance, you may have noticed that your partner has been receiving a lot more calls than normal. It could be that the person calling is the person your partner is cheating with. On the other hand, the calls may be connected to something at work or a family matter. Another thing you may notice is that your partner is spending a huge amount of time on social media. Looking at the bigger picture will give you a better idea of what may be going on.
