Fuji Xerox has launched DocuPrint CP315 dw and CM315 z, next-generation color printer models equipped with Cloud Service Hub and Near Field Communications (NFC).

Designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the DocuPrint CP315 dw is a single function printer while DocuPrint CM315 z, with a 4.3” color display interface, is a four-in-one model with print, copy, scan and fax functions.
Ken Kozak, General Manager-Sales at Fuji Xerox Printer Channel, Philippines, says the DocuPrint C315 series leverages on Fuji Xerox’s CCSLED technology and includes a new Super-EA ECO toner to deliver print quality in a small footprint.
The C315 series uses the newly developed Current Confinement Self-Scanning Light Emitting Device (CCSLED) and Set-Type ThYristor Logic SLED (STYLS) technologies which allow print resolution of 1,200 x 2,400 dpi. Print speeds are set at less than 9.2 seconds for color print first page print out and up to 28 pages per minute color/monochrome print speed. Users can monitor and manage print usage with its Auditron feature and keep confidential data safe with its built-in security protocols such as IPV6, IPSec, Secure HTTPs (SSL) and SCMPV3.
The series supports cloud printing through the Cloud Service Hub which provides access to files in multiple listed cloud storages such as One Drive, Dropbox and Google Drive in one search. They can print various types of file formats such as Microsoft Office, PDF, XPS, DocuWorks, TIFF, and JPEG stored in the cloud storage or send scanned data to the cloud without driver installation. The 4.3” touchscreen color display lets users arrange icons suited to increase workflow productivity.

Mobile printing
The series also does mobile printing as it is equipped with AirPrint, Google Cloud Print ready, Wi-Fi direct and NFC technology. Users can print directly through an iOS support mobile device without having to download mobile apps or print drivers. Android users, too, can print documents using smartphones and tablet devices as both printer models are Mopria Alliance certified.
The DocuPrint C315 series also help users save on costs and is environment-friendly. High-yield toner cartridges allow longer periods of uninterrupted productivity with up to 6,000 pages. Fuji-Xerox’s Super EA-Eco Toner allows fusing at a much lower temperature than standard toner, reducing power consumption by up to 20% and CO2 emissions by up to 35%.
