Panasonic launches new unified communications solutions

The Panasonic PBX line up covers IP networking, unified communication system, and other solutions. These allow businesses to build up on their current communication investments, reducing costs while growing profits. Designed for large-sized companies, the Business Communications Server is a full IP system. It is a unified communication system, which can also be connected to existing Panasonic PBXs to migrate to a full IP system. Among its functions include IP platform, one-look networking, one-look networking survivability, smart remote extension, call center solution, and smart migration. The productivity feature includes voice mail, fax, and communication assistant functions.

Designed for large-sized companies, the Business Communications Server is a full IP system. It is a communication system that can also be connected to existing Panasonic PBXs to migrate to a full IP system. Among its functions include IP platform, one-look networking, one-look networking survivability, smart remote extension, call center solution, and smart migration. For small- and medium-sized companies, the Smart Hybrid PBX provides solutions to resolve communication problems. A unified communication system with IP features, the product can also use built-in applications such as call center solution, mobile solution, and voice mail system.

The Smart Hybrid System enables flexible system configurations that combine both IP and legacy systems. It supports six analogue trunks and 18 extensions by itself, and up to 192 extensions with the Expansion Unit KX-NS320. Existing Analogue Proprietary Telephones (APTs), Digital Proprietary Telephones (DPTs) and Single Line Telephone (SLTs) from Panasonic and Trunk can continue to be used.

The IP PBX System allows businesses to meet their single- or multi-site communication needs through its business communication features, built-in applications, and a choice of fixed, mobile and advanced touch screen IP terminals. With the system supporting IP networks, the product line enables the communication environment to be flexible. Its features include multi-site networking, expansion by adding activation keys, cellular phone integration, IP smart integration, and server-less system for office work assistance application. The Hybrid IP PBX System can handle the company’s communication needs. It can also be upgraded to a high-end IP PBX System. Among its features include easy migration to VoIP, voice mail integration, multi-cell wireless integration, and IP smart migration. It also includes various functions to support cost reductions.

Lastly, the Analogue Telephone Systems’ features include flexible and simple expansion, built-in voice message, caller ID display on SLT and APT, 3-level automatic reception with voice guidance, and flexible SMS routing.
