Globe opens new store location at SM City Cebu

Located on the second floor of SM City Cebu, the new Globe Store space features a modern layout designed to make everyday transactions simpler and more efficient. This enables faster service while offering hands-on support for postpaid and prepaid mobile services, Fiber broadband, and 5G SIM-related needs.

Globe has opened a new store location at SM City Cebu as part of its efforts to continue delivering seamless service to customers while the mall undergoes renovation of its previous space. The relocation to a brand-new area ensures that customers in Cebu can continue to access Globe’s essential connectivity services and digital solutions without disruption.

Globe now operates four stores in Cebu and more than 15 stores across the Visayas, reinforcing its commitment to bring services closer to more communities.

Located on the second floor of SM City Cebu, the new Globe Store space features a modern layout designed to make everyday transactions simpler and more efficient. This enables faster service while offering hands-on support for postpaid and prepaid mobile services, Fiber broadband, and 5G SIM-related needs. Customers can also apply for broadband connectivity, use Express Connect, and complete applications or service requests with greater ease and convenience.

To celebrate the store opening, Globe introduced special in-store promos and giveaways for customers. The first 100 customers who visited and completed a transaction received instant freebies. Additional items were also given, including cord holders for select transactions and catch-all trays or tissue holders for customers who successfully applied for Globe Postpaid plans, while supplies last.

Evelyn Jimenez, Vice President, Territory Head for Channel Management Group at Globe Telecom, shared how the new store strengthens Globe’s ability to serve customers across both physical and digital channels. “This new Globe Store in SM City Cebu allows us to be closer to our customers and better support their everyday connectivity needs. As we continue to grow our digital platforms, our retail spaces remain important in delivering personalized service and helping customers fully experience what Globe has to offer.”

Right after the ceremony, guests toured the store and explored its services, experiencing firsthand how the space enables simpler and more seamless customer interactions.

The opening of the Globe Store at SM City Cebu reflects Globe’s continued focus on putting customers at the center of its services. By improving both its physical and digital touchpoints, Globe makes it easier for more Filipinos to access the connectivity they need in their daily lives.
