Asticom has been recognized with two Gold Stevie Awards at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, underscoring its commitment to innovation in both customer service and human resources.
Asticom earned the Gold Award under Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service for Other Service Industries, for its Intelligent Service Management initiative. At the heart of the initiative is a custom-built configuration within its project management tool, designed to make service operations more proactive and efficient. Through intelligent automations, the system reduces manual work and minimizes downtime. It can automatically detect issues, generate service tickets, route them to appropriate teams, and even resolve certain issues independently. In some cases, it can “self-heal” systems by addressing early warning signs before they escalate.
The company improved efficiency, reduced disruptions, and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction by incorporating automation and intelligent workflows.
Asticom also received a Gold Stevie® Award for Innovative Achievement in Human Resources, recognizing its Human Resources Transformation as a Strategic Model. The initiative reframed HR from a traditional support function into a strategic driver of culture, engagement, and sustainable performance.
