Samsung Electronics PH unveils connected solutions at Business Experience Studio

“Our goal is to empower every sector with innovations that make work smarter, businesses more efficient, and environments more connected,” said Roman Han, president of Samsung Electronics Philippines.

Samsung Electronics Philippines showcased its latest innovations at the Samsung Business Experience Studio, a platform designed for everyone to experience how Samsung products, together with SmartThings connected devices and AI-powered business solutions, deliver connected experience, empower industries and make businesses future-ready. These solutions also enable integration, security and scalable management across enterprise environment.

“Our goal is to empower every sector with innovations that make work smarter, businesses more efficient, and environments more connected,” said Roman Han, president of Samsung Electronics Philippines. “Every industry is operating in an era where speed, efficiency, and connectivity drive growth while also defining competitive advantage. This showroom demonstrates how AI-powered solutions and SmartThings connected devices can come together to deliver meaningful solutions for real-world business challenges.”

The tour of the Business Experience Studio begins with a tour map shown on the 55-inch The Frame smart TV. Inside the showroom are six immersive zones, each highlighting Samsung innovative solutions tailored for specific industries, including hospitality, retail, education and more. The showroom provides businesses valuable insights into how Samsung’s products and solutions can address their challenges and drive growth. By leveraging a range of innovative technology such as AI, SmartThings, and Samsung Knox, businesses can unlock new opportunities, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In the hospitality sector, guests are welcomed with hospitality TVs paired with immersive audio devices which deliver premium entertainment. Frictionless check-in system that reduces manual workload gives a good first impression to hotel visitors. It also has smart cooling solutions such as the sleek circular-designed 360 cassette air conditioner and WindFree air conditioner that provide even cooling to any space. A Samsung kiosk is found at the hotel lobby designed for seamless check, and can be used to customize the setting of rooms, from temperature, lights, TV, and display inside the room. In the middle of the hotel room is a Samsung TV which serves as the venue for hotel resort, information on guest facilities, check out facility, ordering food and other schedules. This zone is powered by SmartThings which control the room: from lights, air conditioner, TV, and more by using Samsung smartphone.

The retail zone highlights smart signages which show menus, videos, premium outdoor signage, touch-in display and Samsung kiosk. Kiosk enables fast, contactless, and accurate ordering. Its all-in-one payment and ordering system reduces wait times and minimizes errors, particularly during peak hours. Display solutions capture attention and drive impulse purchases by ensuring high visibility of menus and promotional content, whether placed inside or outside the store.  This area is powered by Samsung solution called VXT CMS (Visual Experience Transformation Content Management System) used to create contents for display.

For the education sector, Samsung connected solutions produce smart classrooms using devices such as Galaxy and S series tablets, along with interactive boards and displays like the Flip Pro digital boards and Samsung TVs. Samsung DeX and AI-powered productivity tools enable students and teachers to work smarter and more collaboratively, transforming learning sessions into more engaging experiences.

The showroom also has a Security zone which highlighted Rugged devices and Knox solution. Covered with heavy-duty plastic, devices like the Galaxy XCover7 and Galaxy Tab Active5, are built to withstand harsh conditions, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and productivity. These solutions can withstand drop of up to 1.8 meters and can be submerged to water for up to 30 minutes.

Knox, on the other hand, is a cloud-based solution that can manage and secure a device. It provides enterprise-grade security controls, ensuring that business data remains protected. With this solution, devices can easily be located where they are in case they get lost. Combined with the expanded operational control of SmartThings Pro, these rugged solutions help safeguard sensitive data, streamline coordination, and strengthen business continuity in critical industries.

The Command Center in the studio is a control zone that showcases Samsung’s innovative solutions for businesses such as Odyssey gaming monitors, video wall, smart 360 camera, and smart lights. The center is powered by Samsung’s Business Building Management Solution that controls the efficiency of electricity usage within the building using AI-driven SmartThings Pro.

Samsung also launched the SmartThings Pro Home Showroom which shows how Samsung’s connected innovations redefine domestic living. SmartThings transforms modern homes to become an intelligent ecosystem where devices seamlessly communicate to create a more intuitive living experience. Aside from simplifying daily tasks, this also enriches homes for leisure or productivity through intelligent devices such as Vision AI TVs, connected monitors and tablets. With full control over every room and appliance, homeowners experience a more responsive, personalized, and efficient home.
