The partnership brings Paywatch’s unique Early Wage Access (EWA) to Sagility employees to improve their financial well-being, reduce their reliance on loans and become self-sufficient.

This empowers them to manage cash flow through their own earnings rather than turning to costly borrowing options. As part of this mission, Paywatch and its EWA solution are designed to prevent employees from unnecessarily taking on loans and strengthening their ability to manage their finances.
