Capital One Philippines was ranked 6th in Philippines Best Workplaces in IT-BPM 2025, a recognition awarded by Great Place To Work to the top 30 companies that exemplify a high trust and high performance culture.
This is the second consecutive year that Capital One Philippines received the award, rising from the 8th to the 6th spot among peers in the industry.

Capital One Philippines, which supports Capital One’s US and Canada Card, Commercial and Retail Bank, was also certified as a Great Place To Work and ranked 4th on the Best Workplaces in the Philippines list this year.
