Both companies are united in their mission to empower Filipinos by providing accessible, affordable, and efficient mobility solutions.

PLDT Enterprise, the corporate business arm of PLDT, has announced its partnership with PeekUp, a Filipino-designed ride-hailing service. This collaboration aims to enhance PeekUp’s operational efficiency and customer engagement by integrating PLDT Enterprise’s iGate and Smart Messaging Suite into the ride-hailing company’s operations.

Both companies are united in their mission to empower Filipinos by providing accessible, affordable, and efficient mobility solutions. PeekUp’s platform is designed to enhance the livelihoods of Filipino drivers by fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes the needs of both partners and customers. This mission complements PLDT Enterprise’s dedication to driving positive community impact through innovative technology solutions.

Transforming Mobility Platforms Through Innovation

A reliable network is essential for businesses like PeekUp to maintain seamless operations, support real-time data transmission, and ensure high-quality service for their users. With a dedicated and secure iGate connectivity, PeekUp can guarantee uninterrupted services while scaling its offerings to meet the demands of a rapidly growing commuter base.

The integration of the Smart Messaging Suite will facilitate real-time communication and updates for users. This includes enabling PeekUp users arriving at NAIA terminals with international SIM cards or active roaming lines to receive essential notifications and OTPs (One-Time Passwords) for using the mobility service. This ensures that all commuters, regardless of their mobile provider, can access PeekUp’s services without interruptions.
