Smart devices provider HONOR unveiled the HONOR Magic6 Pro, an AI camera phone that is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile CPU and Adreno 750 GPU, runs Android 14 and Magic OS 8, and energized by a 5600 mAh 80w battery. The latest addition to the HONOR’s Magic Series is equipped with the latest AI and camera innovation, and other features offered to consumers.

The HONOR Magic6 Pro introduced two new features that can maximize efficiency and harness AI for effective use. The Magic Capsule, which expands upon tapping the notifications banner, delivers additional information and relevant options directly without the need to navigate multiple apps, and the Magic Portal which simplifies tasks based on user behavior. This function quickly recognizes addresses in messages and seamlessly integrates with Google Maps for effortless navigation. It also streamlines social media interactions, enabling easy sharing of booking details or search results with a simple drag-and-drop gesture. Moreover, Magic Portal enhances shopping experiences by guiding users to platforms where they can find and purchase desired items directly from images.
Magic Portal extends its capabilities across more than 100 global popular apps through partnerships with app developers, to ensure a seamless user experience and maximizing the potential of Magic Portal with users’ favorite applications.
The HONOR Magic6 Pro boasts a camera that has 180MP resolution, and F1.49-inch telephoto sensor which produce exceptional clarity for zoomed-in shots of distant subjects. The telephoto camera integrates innovative in-sensor zoom technology, supporting 2.5x optical zoom, seamless 5x/10x zoom, and 100x digital zoom.
The device is also equipped with a dynamic Falcon Camera H9000 HDR sensor which delivers remarkable detail and brightness in various lighting scenarios. This sensor, which improves dynamic range by 210%, ensures vivid colors and well-preserved highlights, even in challenging conditions.
The device’s Ultra-large Self-Adjusting Aperture feature is useful for capturing subjects in motion like athletes in crowded environments, enabling crisp subject-background separation.
To deliver durability and stability, the HONOR Magic6 Pro screen features NanoCrystal Shield which is supported by SGS’s Five Star Overall Glass Drop Resistance Ability certification. The screen uses advanced materials with a 50% increase in crystal density, for a 10% improvement in shock absorption compared to standard glass.
The Magic6 Pro is IP68-certified for water and dust resistance, ensuring better performance even in harsh conditions. The combination of HONOR NanoCrystal Shield and IP68 rating guarantees the display remains intact and the device is protected against daily wear and tear.
Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, the Magic6 Pro boosts CPU performance by 30% and GPU performance by 25% compared to earlier models. With Qualcomm AI engine, AI features are smooth and stable, having a remarkable 98% improvement.
The Magic6 Pro is energized by a 2G silicon-carbon 5600 mAh battery. The phone charges fully in 40 minutes through its 80W Wired SuperCharge and 66W Wireless SuperCharge.
