PLDT Enterprise launches nat’l campaign to elevate SME digitalization

Through this initiative, PLDT Enterprise reaffirmed once again the reliability and wide range of its products and services, while promoting awareness of their Channel Partners reaching out to SMEs for digital transformation.

In a major move to strengthen its commitment to the growth and digital transformation of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across the Philippines, PLDT Enterprise recently launched its nationwide Channel Partners Sales Rally for 2024.

Through this initiative, PLDT Enterprise reaffirmed once again the reliability and wide range of its products and services, while promoting awareness of their Channel Partners reaching out to SMEs for digital transformation.

The Sales Rally, which took place in five key regions such as South Luzon, North Luzon, Greater Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao, from January 24 to February 1, aimed to bolster the morale and capabilities of Channel Partners. These partners continue to be instrumental in reaching out to SMEs nationwide, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge for a successful digital transformation.

The events were meticulously designed to foster a closer connection between PLDT Enterprise and its Channel Partners, ensuring that the collaborative effort toward digitalizing SMEs is both effective and far-reaching.

Partnering with SMEs for a brighter 2024

Mitch Locsin, PLDT and Smart First Vice President and Head of Enterprise and International Business Groups, emphasized the importance of these partnerships during the rally, stating that “MSMEs are a huge part of the country’s economy comprising 99% of the Philippines’ total enterprises. They are the lifeblood of the economy, and they contribute greatly to delivering products and services to everyone – including you and me. But they’re not just businesses; they’re our friends, our daily companions in this world of commerce. They tirelessly deliver products and services, making a significant impact on all our lives.”

Furthermore, Locsin recognized the hard work and dedication of Channel Partners in supporting the digitalization efforts for SMEs. During the event, he expressed his gratitude and optimism pointing out that, “In PLDT Enterprise, our commitment to SMEs is more than just a mission statement; it’s a promise to empower and ensure that these businesses not only survive but thrive in the ever-evolving digital landscape. And this is where you, our valued Channel Partners, come in. The successes of the SMBiz team in the past years are not ours alone – they are a testament to the incredible partnership we share with each of you.”

“Together, we achieved remarkable milestones in 2023. As we embark on this new year, our vision is strong and I wholeheartedly believe that together, we can achieve even greater heights,” he continued, highlighting PLDT’s continued obligation to its valued clients.

The Sales Rally highlighted the key role of Channel Partners in supporting the digitalization efforts of SMEs, showcasing PLDT Enterprise’s array of solutions designed to meet the unique needs of SMEs. Among these, BEYOND FIBER, a business-grade fiber plan, continues to stand out with its promise of 90% of the subscribed speed at 90% reliability, positioning it as a competitive solution against other options. The connectivity solution is designed to support SMEs with a more resilient and consistent connection at any time of the day, ensuring seamless business operations.

Furthermore, PLDT Enterprise’s mobility solutions such as its Enterprise and SIM-only Postpaid Plans powered by the Philippines’ Fastest and Best Mobile Network, Smart, offer SMEs the flexibility and connectivity required in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.

The initiative also celebrated the launch of the Channel Portal, a new tool for them to streamline their interactions with PLDT Enterprise, alongside the introduction of new product offers tailored to the evolving needs of the market.

Jay Lagdameo, PLDT Enterprise Vice President and Enterprise Revenue Group Head, emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating, “Our Channel Partners are vital to reaching our ambitious goals for 2024. Their dedication and hard work enable us to support the digital transformation of SMEs across the country.”

“This two-week nationwide event was a monumental effort to support and directly engage with our Channel Partners across various locations in the Philippines. It was not just about presenting our plans; it was about reinforcing our commitment to support every single one of our partners, wherever they may be in the country,” Lagdameo added.
