Teleperformance, a player in digital business services, bagged nine awards at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) in December.

The recognition was awarded to TP by “the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry.” In 2022, Teleperformance bagged eight awards at the prestigious program.

The organization’s ECCCSA awards this year include the following:

  • Best Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Partnership (Large)
  • Best BPO Partnership (Small)
  • Two-time Best Multilingual Customer Service
  • Best Supporting Team
  • Best Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Two-time Best Approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

TP bested large names in the field after the award-giving body had a thorough review of the organization’s remote work solutions, comprehensive security measures, and exceptional client support. Among Teleperformance’s cutting-edge technologies are the multi-awarded Cloud Campus,  a cloud-centric model to support work-at-home-agents (WAHA); and TP GenAI, the company’s very own artificial intelligence (AI) platform.

“Our title as a leading digital business solutions provider knows no borders. Teleperformance’s triumph in the prestigious European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards reflects our team’s unparalleled commitment to deliver exceptional customer service across the globe,” said Teleperformance Philippines’ Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly.

To date, Teleperformance operates in 95 countries globally, with nearly 500,000 employees currently serving 170 countries in 300 languages and dialects on behalf of many of the world’s most respected brands.
