Ford Philippines announces new digital-first service initiatives

Accessible on the Ford Philippines website, the two digital-first service tools are part of Ford Family Guarantee, a suite of product and service offerings that aim to build long-term trust and confidence which is in line with Ford’s commitment to treat customers like family.

Ford Philippines is enhancing the ownership experience for its customers with the launch of Online Service Booking and Service Price Calculator, two (2) new service initiatives designed to make vehicle maintenance easy, convenient, and more personalized.

Accessible on the Ford Philippines website, the two digital-first service tools are part of Ford Family Guarantee, a suite of product and service offerings that aim to build long-term trust and confidence which is in line with Ford’s commitment to treat customers like family.

Online Service Booking: Schedule Service in Just a Few Clicks

With Online Service Booking, customers can conveniently book service appointments anytime and anywhere at their preferred Ford dealership. They will also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify their booking on the system.

Key features include a straightforward booking process, the capability to choose a preferred service advisor and to check real-time appointment availability, the functionality to pre-select the nearest dealer based on the customer’s location, as well as the receipt of dealer and customer notification via e-mail or the customer’s mobile number. Customers will also be able to view the price estimate at the end of the booking process through the Service Price Calculator embedded into the Online Service Booking system.

On the Online Service Booking system, customers can also avail of In-Dealer Service, the regular service and maintenance periodically performed at Ford dealerships, or Express Service for Ford customers who are on-the-go and prefer to get their vehicles serviced in ninety (90) minutes or less.

Service Price Calculator: Know Service Pricing in Advance

Service Price Calculator is a helpful tool that allows customers to know in advance the estimated Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) service pricing based on the vehicle model and selected Ford dealer prior to the actual service appointment.

The intent of Service Price Calculator is to provide customers with a base price reference of the cost associated with the maintenance of their Ford vehicle. It can generate estimated service pricing for selected Ford vehicles.

Customers can visit www.ford.com.ph/owner/service-price-calculator/ to access Service Price Calculator.
