Sprout Solutions unveils key HR trends and insights for 2023 in PH

In comparison to its 2022 findings, Sprout Solutions’ 2023 report significantly demonstrates the developments in the HR industry. In particular, it highlights the period where phenomena such as “the great resignation” and “quiet quitting” are prevalent among employees. 

Sprout Solutions, the country’s leading homegrown B2B SaaS company and HR tech provider, released its most recent report on the top HR trends and insights in the Philippines during the State of HR Summit 2023. The event was held at New World Makati Hotel last June 22, 2023, and was attended by over 500 HR managers and executives across various industries.

Sprout presented its comprehensive study that reveals the prevailing trends and issues across the core areas of HR including the concerns on work arrangements, attendance, employee engagement, inclusion and diversity in the workplace, as well as the digital maturity of organizations.

The State of HR Summit is based on an annual research that Sprout Solutions conducts to uncover key HR insights and trends to help organizations in the Philippines navigate the present work environment and workplace experience. The actual report combines workforce data and survey responses from 400 HR professionals and over 2,000 employees. It highlights the importance of fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and employee development.
