Globe Telecom Subsidiary, Cascadeo, strengthens its cloud expertise with AWS to support enterprises

As a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), Cascadeo will boost its expertise and help accelerate the adoption of cloud technology among corporations in the Philippines.

To support the growing demands of enterprises to find technology that makes them more agile and resilient, Globe Telecom’s Cloud Professional and Managed Services delivery arm, Cascadeo, has officially renewed its Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partner status and its AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner status.

As a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), Cascadeo will boost its expertise and help accelerate the adoption of cloud technology among corporations in the Philippines.

Being renewed into the two partnership programs fortifies Cascadeo’s position as a cloud expert. AWS Premier Tier Partners are the most experienced AWS Consulting Partners and are recognized as leaders in their respective geographical, vertical, or horizontal markets. The AWS Premier Tier Partners have deep technical expertise with multiple Partner program validations and demonstrated success working with a larger number of AWS customers at scale in deploying solutions on AWS.

The AWS MSP Program is designed to validate and promote APN Advanced and Premier Tier Consulting Partners which provide end-to-end AWS solutions to customers. AWS MSP Partners help customers solve complex business needs at any stage of their cloud adoption journey. As part of the AWS MSP Program, Cascadeo will grow and promote its business across four key areas: 1) plan and design, 2) build and migrate, 3) run and operate, and 4) optimize.

Through Globe’s investment, Cascadeo customers will benefit from the ramped-up capabilities that come with its extensive experience in designing, architecting, building, migrating, managing workloads and applications on AWS, and assisting customers in any stage of their cloud adoption journey.

“Becoming a leading cloud expert in the Philippines was a result of our ceaseless efforts in honing our technical capabilities; seeking opportunities to empower companies, and pursuing progress for our customers,” shared Peter Maquera, CEO of Cascadeo and Senior Vice President for Globe Business, Enterprise Group. “With the help of AWS, skilled team members adept in the cloud, and an ever-evolving solutions portfolio, Cascadeo and Globe are able to continuously drive resilience for businesses, enabling them to create services, experiences, and value for their own clients.”
