Power Mac Center rolls out Enhanced Contactless Shopping

For those not too keen to go out yet, premier Apple partner Power Mac Center has rolled out Enhanced Contactless Shopping or EC Shopping, offering Apple patrons from all over the country safe and convenient contactless ways to get their hands on their dream Apple products.

Christmas cheer is in the air, and with restrictions gradually easing, it’s the perfect time to get some holiday shopping done. For those not too keen to go out yet, premier Apple partner Power Mac Center has rolled out Enhanced Contactless Shopping or EC Shopping, offering Apple patrons from all over the country safe and convenient contactless ways to get their hands on their dream Apple products.

“Our EC Shopping options are a testament of how we value the ways we deliver the complete Apple experience to Filipinos, not just during the holiday rush but year-round. Customer service has been the core of what we do at Power Mac Center, and it’s important for us to give our patrons the safest and most convenient ways of accessing Apple devices and repairs, especially now that most of us are relying on our gadgets for our day-to-day productivity and creativity,” said Joey Alvarez, PMC Director for Marketing, Product Management, and Space Planning.

With EC Shopping, customers may avail Apple devices via call-to-order to check the availability of the products first by calling their preferred store nationwide, then paying in-store or online. There’s also the call-to-deliver option for door-to-door deliveries and the curbside pick-up option where customers may receive their purchases at a designated area in participating malls, without the need to drop by the store.

Ever-ready to serve Filipinos with their Apple needs, Power Mac Center’s online stores are also operational and accessible regardless of the quarantine status in different areas of the country. Customers may purchase devices and accessories either through the Web Store at <powermaccenter.com> or via the official The Loop Stores on Shopee <https://bit.ly/3kbHzIA> and Lazada <https://bit.ly/31GQHP6>.

Another way is through Power Mac Center’s official Viber store <iksi.link/pmc> which as of writing, serves more than 46,500 subscribers. It has a chatbot that will guide customers in their shopping journey and assist them in browsing through Apple offerings, locating branches, inquiring about repair services and training, and its enterprise and education solutions. Apart from the Viber Store, Power Mac Center also has a 62,000-strong Viber community where members get daily updates on products, deals, and discounts, especially with Christmas just around the corner.
