Xiaomi launches the Mi 9T Pro in PH

Xiaomi has introduced Mi 9T Pro as the newest addition to its acclaimed Mi 9 flagship line and the fastest smartphone in its class.

Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and pop-up camera, Mi 9T Pro boasts a sustained peak performance and an immersive full-screen experience. Featuring an 8-layer graphite cooling system and modish design to boot, Mi 9T Pro is a no-brainer for gamers, casual creators, and young professionals alike.

“The Mi 9T Pro is designed to bring heavy smartphone users a smooth and immersive full-screen experience,” said Steven Shi, Head of Southeast Asia, Xiaomi. “Filipino Mi fans who love to play games or create videos on their smartphones will surely enjoy the powerful performance of the device.”

Flagship Snapdragon 855 chipset, 8-layer graphite cooling, and 4000mAh battery ensure top-notch performance

Mi 9T Pro sports the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 platform, which consists of an octa-core CPU with a 2.84GHz maximum clock speed and the new Qualcomm Adreno 640 GPU, for a CPU and GPU performance increase of 45 percent and 20 percent, respectively, over its predecessor Snapdragon 845. It also touts an 8-layer graphite-stack and bi-directional cooling system that dissipates heat generated during long-term use for maximum comfort.

Gaming enthusiasts will enjoy Game Turbo 2.0, which optimizes Mi 9T Pro’s touch response, display, sound quality, network, and in-game calls. The feature elevates the device’s touch response rate to 180Hz while reducing click and touch response times to approximately 70 milliseconds to enable the ultimate gaming experience.

Meanwhile, Mi 9T Pro’s 4000mAh high-capacity battery keeps it going all day long, even during heavy use. The device also supports 27W fast charger, which allows the device to charge to 58% in just 30 minutes and fully charge in 73 minutes.

Mi 9T Pro dazzles with true full screen AMOLED display, curved glass back and trendy flame design

Featuring a 20MP pop-up selfie camera, Mi 9T Pro achieves a truly bezel-less design with a stunning 6.39” AMOLED FHD+ display and a 91.9% screen-to-body ratio. Its DC brightness control setting automatically adjusts brightness to eliminate irritating flickers in low-light conditions, while Sunlight display 2.0 enables easy viewing in harsh lighting conditions.

Moreover, Mi 9T Pro is equipped with 7th-generation in-screen fingerprint technology with an increased sensor size, thus improving the unlock success rate and fingerprint recognition speed.

Flaunting a narrow frame with Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back, the device sports a comfortable form factor that shapes to the hand perfectly. Leveraging nano-holographic technology, Mi 9T Pro’s four-sided curved glass back showcases a unique flamed texture for its Flame Red and Glacier Blue color variants. It’s also available in Carbon Black, for those who prefer a more classic look.

Mi 9T Pro also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, multi-functional NFC, and dual frequency GPS.

Triple-camera setup with 48MP lens captures ultra-high resolution photos

Mi 9T Pro touts the ultimate triple camera setup, boasting an AI 48MP primary camera, a 13MP ultra-wide portrait camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. The steady handheld night photography and motion tracking features let users capture high-quality photos in any setting. Video quality is also buttery smooth with updated UHD 4K software that captures moments at 60fps.

Selfie enthusiasts will also embrace the 20MP pop-up front camera that captures high-quality selfies without compromising screen space. Meanwhile, the Panorama selfie lets users capture their entire crew in a single selfie.
