Zebra Technologies delivers performance edge for QuadX to boost expansion

QuadX consulted with D Squared – a Zebra PartnerConnect member – that worked with Zebra to propose a cost-effective mobility solution that combines hardware and a cloud-based fleet management platform for a more efficient way to run the business.

QuadX, an e-commerce logistics provider, has boosted efficiency and productivity after adopting game-changing solutions provided by Zebra Technologies Corporationan innovator at the edge of the enterprise with solutions and partners that enable businesses to gain a performance edge.

QuadX provides a range of logistics solutions and services to meet needs of the booming online retail industry in the Philippines. The company started out with a labour-intensive, pen-and-paper system that often resulted in data inaccuracies, inefficient workflows, and cost control issues. This hampered the homegrown company from expanding their business rapidly.

To address these challenges, QuadX consulted with D Squared – a Zebra PartnerConnect member – that worked with Zebra to propose a cost-effective mobility solution that combines hardware and a cloud-based fleet management platform for a more efficient way to run the business.

“By listening to our customer’s requirements, we could innovate and offer a unique solution that addresses QuadX’s specific business challenges,” said Tracy Yeo, Country Lead, Philippines, Zebra Technologies. “With Zebra’s MC36 mobile computer empowering the workers at the front line, and the Operational Visibility Service (OVS) platform providing enhanced operational visibility, Zebra has given QuadX the performance edge to achieve faster growth.”

Zebra’s Android-powered MC36 mobile computer offers enterprise-grade ruggedness and features that make it suitable for the rigors of field mobility. Its familiar operating system (OS) helps QuadX save time and resources on training front-line workers to use the devices. The hardware is complemented by Zebra’s OVS, which gives QuadX the real-time operational visibility into key data. QuadX is now able to supervise pickups and deliveries directly from the hub, offering actionable insights to make smarter business decisions in real time.

“Zebra’s solution has helped us switch to a cloud-based system that has enhanced productivity and business workflows,” said Achilles Reyes, COO, QuadX. “With the MC36 running on Android and its intuitive interface, our new riders start using the device just a few hours after training. Through the OVS, we gain transparency to the transaction status based on real-time updates. The best part is that our business has seen exponential growth since the deployment. We look forward to continuously growing our business with Zebra and D Squared.”
