PSBank bagged the Best Launch Strategy Award across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The bank received the award based on its adoption rate 4-6 weeks after launch, change management communication, and leadership support.
PSBank also got a permanent seat in the Customer Advisory Board APAC where the bank has the ability to influence the next phase of Workplace and Workchat.
PSBank launched Workplace by Facebook during the BBG Convention 2017. By July 2017, the Bank rolled out the tool 100% to all officers and staff. We ended 2017 with a 99.5% adoption rate, with 94.73% active users, 98% of which use the tool via mobile.
