The Renesas Synergy platform is now available in the Philippines and other Asia Pacific markets. Designed for the Internet of Things (IoT) and industrial markets, the platform delivers an integrated package of hardware, software, solutions and support, enabling customers to shorten time to market and reduce total cost of ownership. In addition, by eliminating technical barriers associated with founding baseline for IoT development, the Renesas Synergy platform lets customers focus instead on creating differentiated features for their products.
The Renesas Synergy platform delivers three key benefits to developers and businesses.
Fist, it reduces time-to-market, as the Synergy platform has been designed to simplify the product creation process by offering integrated hardware/software solution.
Second, it lowers total cost of ownership such as removing need to spend extra on research and testing; as well as cut maintenance costs by using the Synergy Platform as the baseline platform.
And third, the Synergy Platform provides access to development with no upfront cost, step-by-step guidance for code generation and range of kits as well as tools to enable rapid hardware development.
In addition to the launch of the Renesas Synergy platform, Renesas Electronics also announced its partnership with a network of 16 Independent Design Houses (IDHs) across Asia Pacific. The network’s capabilities range from specialty skills such as graphical user interface designs, all the way up to complete turn-key product developments, covering a range of IoT applications required in the industrial, healthcare and home automation markets. The network is set to expand further with the local launch of the Synergy platform in the regions.
