IBEX Global Solutions, Inc., a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that offers an integrated suite of services to support diverse customer-facing solutions, inaugurated its newest site that also serves as their new regional headquarters, at the 6th floor of SM BF Parañaque.

“We chose to make a regional office in the Philippines because based on our analysis; the country is the best market. The Filipinos are fantastic and very much committed to helping others,” stated Bob Dechant, CEO of IBEX Global.
For Eric Kaufman, the difference between working with Filipinos and other countries is the “countless energy every Filipino worker has.” He serves as the country’s general manager of IBEX Global.
