NVIDIA Philippines, in partnership with top computer brands and other sponsors, kicked off the NVIDIA RTX AI PC Day at The Block, SM North EDSA in Quezon City, showcasing the latest GeForce RTX 50 series desktops and laptops. The event highlighted the capabilities of RTX AI PCs in productivity, creativity, and gaming where partner-brands put up booths to demonstrate how these devices transform the way we work, create, and play.
The GeForce RTX 50 series is the latest lineup of graphics cards from NVIDIA. Powered by the NVIDIA’s next-generation graphics processing unit (GPU) design, Blackwell architecture, the series delivers improved performance, power efficiency, and features for gamers and content creators. This GPU also accelerates generative AI, video editing, and complex workloads. The series, consisting of GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, 5070Ti, and 5070, emphasizes high graphics frequencies and large Level 2 (L2) caches or memory buffer on the computer’s CPU that stores data.
The GeForce RTX 50 series introduces the latest generation of high-performance video memory, or the GDDR7 (Graphics Double Data Rate 7) which provides faster memory bandwidth and improved performance. This video memory is designed for demanding tasks like gaming and content creation.
The series also offers fourth generation Deep Learning Super Sampling 4 (DLSS4) which provides enhanced image quality, reduced ghosting and improved stability. It also has fourth-generation Ray Tracing (RT) cores that provide hardware-accelerated real-time ray tracing. Apart from these features, the series is equipped with fifth-generation Tensor Cores which deliver improved AI performance and efficiency.
During the event, exclusive deals on RTX 50 series-powered laptops and gaming rigs are available for RTX AI PC Day attendees, while supplies last. Activities in the event include gaming demos from brand-partners, esports action, and participants have a chance to win major prizes.
