How to Redeem
Customers can redeem their freebies by visiting promotions.lenovo.com and submitting the following information:
- Full name (as indicated on a valid ID)
- Contact number
- Valid ID
- Proof of purchase (invoice name must match the ID)
- MTM and serial number of the purchased device
Once the redemption request is submitted, Lenovo will send a confirmation email within 7–14 business days. Successful redemptions will receive the eWallet credits within 7–14 business days thereafter.
For purchases that include the Canon Pixma MG2570S printer bundles, customers will receive their freebies instantly upon purchase from participating authorized resellers.
Each customer can avail of this promo up to five (5) times and must redeem their freebies within 60 days after the promo ends. Unclaimed freebies after this period will be forfeited.
