The new Rear-Wheel Drive variant of BYD’s flagship performance sedan brings technology, luxury, style, and safety to a more attainable price point. Designed to deliver a dynamic driving experience, the BYD Seal Advanced is tailored to meet the needs of customers seeking a refined yet dynamic electric driving experience.

Powerful Performance and Convenient Charging
The BYD Seal Advanced marks a significant step forward in BYD’s dedication to delivering accessible and efficient electric mobility to the Philippine market. Distinguished from the BYD Seal Performance by its 18-inch alloy wheels, the new variant is powered by a 61.4 kWh Blade Battery that delivers a driving range of 510 kilometers (NEDC). The BYD Seal Advanced is built with advanced Cell-to-Body technology, seamlessly integrating the Blade Battery into the vehicle’s body. This integration increases torsional rigidity, enhancing safety while also reducing weight to improve overall performance.
It features a rear-wheel drive configuration with a rear-mounted 203 PS Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor that generates 310 Nm of torque. This impressive power output enables the electric sedan to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds, providing a dynamic yet refined driving experience.
Additionally, the BYD Seal Advanced is equipped with cutting-edge charging capabilities that cater to the needs of today’s drivers. With a 110 kW DC fast-charging rate, it can recharge from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes, saving time over long journeys. Its 7kW AC charging system ensures a full charge from 0% to 100% in approximately 12 hours for routine use, making it ideal for overnight charging at home. These flexible charging options provide an extended range and daily practicality for an electric-powered lifestyle.

Like the BYD Seal Performance introduced in October, the new BYD Seal Advanced features a 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster and a state-of-the-art 15.6-inch intelligent rotating touchscreen, ensuring seamless connectivity with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Seal Advanced’s cabin is thoughtfully crafted for class and comfort. A full-leather interior with suede inserts, similar to the Seal Performance, line the interiors. It has a 10-speaker sound system, wireless charging, keyless entry with Near-Field Communication (NFC), Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, and an 8-way power driver’s seat paired with a 6-way power passenger seat to enhance the driving experience.
In addition to its stylish design, the Seal Advanced prioritizes safety with its Di-Pilot Advanced Driver-Assistance System. The comprehensive active safety suite includes Stop-and-Go Full-Speed Adaptive Cruise Control, Intelligent Speed Limit Control, Predictive Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking System, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Change Assist, Front and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Braking, Traffic Sign Recognition, Blind Spot Detection, a 360-degree View Camera with See-Through Mode, and six radar sensors.
Eight airbags, a Traction Control System, Electronic Stability Control, ABS, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, and an Electronic Anti-Theft System ensure optimal protection and confidence for every journey.
The new BYD Seal Advanced is priced at PHP 1,998,000 and comes with an 8-year or 160,000-km for the BYD Blade Battery, an 8-year or 150,000-km drive unit warranty, and a 6-year or 150,000-km vehicle warranty.
