This coming September 10, leading cybersecurity company Trend Micro Philippines is once again hosting its annual cybersecurity conference DECODE with the theme DECODE 2024: Fusion Forward.
For this year’s conference, Trend Micro will highlight the pressing need to fuse together and integrate different technologies to produce holistic and multi-faceted solutions to cyberattacks and threats. Through the advanced and integrated use of cybersecurity fundamentals, there is greater potential for increased cyber protection against different types of threats.

Given the various data breaches that have occurred in recent months as well as the rising use of Generative AI models, DECODE 2024 looks to equip attendees with the necessary skills and knowledge to better protect their respective organizations from vulnerabilities. Attendees can look forward to track sessions and panel discussions that focus on the fundamentals of cybersecurity such as risk management, data privacy, and cybercrime, as well as a new session on automotive security.
Invited speakers from Trend Micro, Interpol, Canadian law enforcement, as well as local experts will be present to share insights and best practices when it comes to the latest facets of cybersecurity and risk management, from both local and international perspectives. A special session called Get It Girl will also be held in the morning highlighting women in tech, as well as a VicOne demonstration on vehicle data ecosystem security.
Aside from the track sessions and panel discussions, DECODE 2024 will also feature activities such as a Capture the Flag and a Hands-on Lab that all attendees can join for a firsthand experience of Trend Micro’s training process.
