Its beta version was first released in\u00a0<span id=\"spanHghltf513\">September<\/span>\u00a02014. The <span id=\"spanHghlt45d2\">app<\/span>\u00a0was developed by tech firm Logicquest Labs, based in <span class=\"xn-location\">Beijing, China<\/span>, which is a subsidiary of Logicquest Technology <span id=\"spanHghlt1c9b\">Inc., <\/span>a listed company on OTCBB New York.<\/p>\n<p>The application provides users complete secure means of communication within the <span id=\"spanHghltb1ab\">app<\/span>, and presents a range of functions to respond to various cases of information espionage and theft of hardware \u2013 a solution suited for businessmen and corporate professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, <span id=\"spanHghlt9501\">the<\/span> CEO of Securecom, the company behind this miracle, stated\u00a0that the application did not set itself in the same arena as We<span id=\"spanHghltf49e\">C<\/span>hat, WhatsApp, and other major IM engines.
