As San Beda University marks its 125th anniversary, the institution is looking ahead to the next chapter of its educational mission by strengthening the digital foundations that support its students, faculty, and wider academic community.<\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Through its partnership with PLDT Enterprise, San Beda University is enhancing connectivity, modernizing its digital platforms, and introducing smart campus solutions across its main campus in Mendiola, Manila, and its Integrated Basic Education Department campus in Taytay, Rizal.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

The collaboration forms part of San Beda University\u2019s pursuit of becoming the first digital campus in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. More importantly, it reflects the university\u2019s effort to create a learning environment where technology can make everyday campus experiences more connected, accessible, secure, and responsive to the evolving needs of its community.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Across its Mendiola, Taytay, and Alabang campuses, PLDT Enterprise is elevating San Beda University’s digital infrastructure \u2014 providing enterprise-grade connectivity that meets the demands of a dynamic academic community. With dedicated internet access, the San Beda community gains seamless access to the digital resources and online services that power modern learning, teaching, and campus operations.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

These connectivity enhancements are complemented by expanded Wi-Fi access and network support across the Mendiola and Taytay campuses, helping provide a more seamless and reliable online experience for all, while supporting campus operations.<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

The partnership also includes the transformation of San Beda University\u2019s website using Salesforce Experience Cloud, helping modernize the university\u2019s digital platform and improve the way members of its community access information and online services.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

To strengthen campus access and safety, a facial recognition access system has been introduced at the Mendiola campus, with expansion to the Taytay campus planned within the year.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n
