In 2025, Maya processed over 3.5 million transactions for Pag-IBIG Fund totaling more than \u20b124 billion\u2014reflecting strong year-on-year growth of\u00a0nearly 20%\u00a0in transaction volume and over 38% in value from 2024. This continued increase highlights the growing adoption of digital payment channels among Pag-IBIG members in the Philippines and overseas.<\/p>\n

Accelerating adoption of Virtual Pag-IBIG<\/strong><\/p>\n

Launched in December 2022, Virtual Pag-IBIG is the agency\u2019s online service platform that allows members to access services anytime, anywhere through mobile devices or computers. It enables users to manage contributions, apply for housing loans, and complete transactions without the need to visit a physical branch.<\/p>\n

As of 2025, Virtual Pag-IBIG has reached over 13.81 million downloads, reflecting a strong shift toward digital channels for managing financial transactions and housing-related services. It also provides access to service support, allowing members to connect with Pag-IBIG representatives for\u00a0assistance.<\/p>\n

Supporting Pag-IBIG Fund\u2019s mandate through digital channels<\/strong><\/p>\n

This digital momentum supports Pag-IBIG Fund\u2019s broader mandate of promoting savings and enabling affordable housing for Filipino workers. In 2025, the agency recorded \u20b1160.41 billion in membership savings collections and released \u20b1140.54 billion in housing loans, benefiting over 90,000 families.<\/p>\n

Pag-IBIG Fund also declared a record \u20b164.34 billion in dividends, marking the highest payout in its 45-year history.<\/p>\n
