(HPI),\u00a0motorcycle manufacturer,\u00a0and\u00a0Honda Parts Manufacturing Corporation (HPMC),\u00a0with HPI as the surviving entity. Following\u00a0the\u00a0SEC\u2019s\u00a0approval,\u00a0the two companies will\u00a0operate\u00a0as a single, unified organization, with\u00a0all operations\u00a0consolidated\u00a0under HPI,\u00a0effective 1 April 2026.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The merger brings together vehicle assembly and parts manufacturing under one entity, supporting Honda\u2019s long-term strategy in the Philippines.\u00a0By combining\u00a0these\u00a0operations, Honda aims to improve operational efficiency, strengthen manufacturing flexibility, and better respond to growing demand for motorcycles and power products.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cThis merger is\u00a0an important step\u00a0in building a\u00a0stronger\u00a0Honda organization in the Philippines.
