Visa and GoTyme Bank, the Philippines\u2019 fastest\u2011growing bank, announced today that GoTyme Bank has achieved the #1 position in the Visa debit card market, emerging as the\u00a0most used Visa debit card in the country.<\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

GoTyme Bank, which now has more than 8 million Visa debit card users nationwide, reports significant growth in active debit usage in 2025, significantly outpacing industry benchmarks. GoTyme\u2019s payment volume increased by over 150% year\u2011on\u2011year and now holds more than\u00a0\u20b143 billion in customer deposits, reflecting growing customer trust and strong everyday adoption.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

GoTyme Bank was also recognized by Visa for having the\u00a0highest debit payment volume growth,\u00a0highest active debit cards growth, and\u00a0highest contactless transaction growth for issuing, as well as being\u00a0one of the first Philippine issuers to launch Google Wallet and Google Pay\u00a0for its customers.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
