He succeeds Kenichiro Kitamura, who has transitioned to Canon Inc. In this role, Pleno will lead the company\u2019s Business Imaging Solutions unit, overseeing managed print services, production printing, and digital workflow solutions that help enterprises across key industries achieve greater efficiency and innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With over 20 years of experience in managed print services, digital transformation, and production printing, Pleno has delivered technology-driven solutions to organizations in banking, insurance, utilities, manufacturing, and other sectors. Prior to joining Canon Philippines, he served as a full-time consultant for one of the country\u2019s largest technology companies, developing a comprehensive services portfolio with a strong focus on Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Managed Print Services (MPS).<\/p>\n<p>Pleno also led country operations for a Singapore-based SaaS company, driving local expansion through channel partnerships and new market opportunities.
