NVIDIA Rubin sets a new standard for building, deploying and securing the world\u2019s largest and most advanced AI systems at the lowest cost to accelerate mainstream AI adoption.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Rubin platform uses extreme codesign across the six chips \u2014 the\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/data-center\/vera-cpu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA Vera CPU<\/u><\/a>, NVIDIA Rubin GPU,\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/data-center\/nvlink\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA NVLink 6 Switch<\/u><\/a>,\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/networking\/products\/ethernet\/supernic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA ConnectX-9 SuperNIC<\/u><\/a>,\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/networking\/products\/data-processing-unit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA BlueField-4 DPU<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/networking\/ethernet-switching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA Spectrum-6 Ethernet Switch<\/u><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 to slash training time and inference token costs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRubin arrives at exactly the right moment, as AI computing demand for both training and inference is going through the roof,\u201d said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. \u201cWith our annual cadence of delivering a new generation of AI supercomputers \u2014 and extreme codesign across six new chips \u2014 Rubin takes a giant leap toward the next frontier of AI.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Named for Vera Florence Cooper Rubin \u2014 the trailblazing American astronomer whose discoveries transformed humanity\u2019s understanding of the universe \u2014 the Rubin platform features the\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/nvidia.com\/en-us\/data-center\/vera-rubin-nvl72\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72<\/u><\/a>\u00a0rack-scale solution and the\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/data-center\/hgx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA HGX Rubin NVL8\u00a0<\/u><\/a>system.<\/p>\n<p>The Rubin platform introduces five innovations, including the latest generations of NVIDIA NVLink interconnect technology, Transformer Engine, Confidential Computing and RAS Engine, as well as the NVIDIA Vera CPU. These breakthroughs will accelerate agentic AI, advanced reasoning and massive-scale\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/glossary\/mixture-of-experts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>mixture-of-experts<\/u><\/a>\u00a0(MoE) model inference at up to 10x lower cost per token of the NVIDIA Blackwell platform. Compared with its predecessor, the NVIDIA Rubin platform trains MoE models with 4x fewer\u00a0GPUs to accelerate AI adoption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Broad Ecosystem Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Among the world\u2019s leading AI labs, cloud service providers, computer makers and startups expected to adopt Rubin are Amazon Web Services (AWS), Anthropic, Black Forest Labs, Cisco, Cohere, CoreWeave, Cursor, <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dell.com\/en-us\/blog\/dell-unveils-ai-solutions-with-nvidia-at-ces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>Dell Technologies<\/u><\/a>, Google, Harvey,\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/community.hpe.com\/t5\/ai-unlocked\/pioneering-the-next-era-of-gigascale-ai-hpe-and-the-nvidia-rubin\/ba-p\/7260463\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HPE<\/a>, Lambda,\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/news.lenovo.com\/pressroom\/press-releases\/nvidia-gigawatt-ai-factories-program-accelerate-enterprise-ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lenovo<\/a>, Meta, Microsoft, Mistral AI, Nebius, Nscale, OpenAI, OpenEvidence, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Perplexity, Runway,\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.supermicro.com\/en\/pressreleases\/supermicro-announces-support-upcoming-nvidia-vera-rubin-nvl72-hgx-rubin-nvl8-and\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>Supermicro<\/u><\/a>, Thinking Machines Lab and xAI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rubin Readiness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NVIDIA Rubin is in full production, and Rubin-based products will be available from partners the second half of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Among the first cloud providers to deploy Vera Rubin-based instances in 2026 will be AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OCI, as well as\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/data-center\/gpu-cloud-computing\/partners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>NVIDIA Cloud Partners<\/u><\/a>\u00a0CoreWeave, Lambda, Nebius and Nscale.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/blog\/?p=49137&amp;preview=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><u>Microsoft<\/u><\/a>\u00a0will deploy NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale systems as part of next-generation AI data centers, including future Fairwater AI superfactory sites.<\/p>\n<p>Designed to deliver unprecedented efficiency and performance for training and inference workloads, the Rubin platform will provide the foundation for Microsoft\u2019s next-generation cloud AI capabilities. Microsoft Azure will offer a tightly optimized platform enabling customers to accelerate innovation across enterprise, research and consumer applications.<\/p>\n<p>CoreWeave will integrate NVIDIA Rubin-based systems into its AI cloud platform beginning in the second half of 2026.
