Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) launched the all-new GR Corolla as the latest addition to TMP\u2019s Gazoo Racing (GR) Performance vehicle lineup, which includes the GR Supra, GR Yaris, and GR 86.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Known for its participation in various motorsports series such as Formula D, 24 Hours\u00a0of\u00a0Fuji, and the British Touring Car Championship, the GR Corolla\u00a0is engineered for performance.\u00a0Its rally heritage also\u00a0guarantees\u00a0enhanced\u00a0handling for\u00a0different driving conditions,\u00a0notably\u00a0circuit\u00a0and endurance\u00a0racing.<\/p>\n

Designed to bring thrills\u00a0to everyday drives,\u00a0the five-seater GR Corolla\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0vehicle that adapts to its environment\u2014whether\u00a0track days or trips\u00a0in and out of the city.\u00a0It has various drive modes\u2014Normal, Eco, Sport, Gravel, and Track\u2014to elevate\u00a0each kind of experience.<\/p>\n

The GR Corolla has an\u00a0aerodynamic silhouette\u00a0with\u00a018-inch 235\/40\u00a0aluminum wheels and tires,\u00a0Bi-LED\u00a0headlights with manual leveling,\u00a0LED\u00a0daytime running lamps, and a rear spoiler.\u00a0It has\u00a0a triple\u00a0exhaust, functional air vents, and a diffuser to improve overall performance.<\/p>\n

Equipped\u00a0with a\u00a01.6 turbocharged\u00a0G16E-GTS: 3-Cylinder, In-line, DOHC 4-Valve Roller-Rocker engine, the GR Corolla\u00a0is an all-wheel drive\u00a0packed\u00a0with\u00a0a max output of 300 PS and max torque\u00a0of 400 Nm\/3,250-4,600 Rpm.\u00a0It sports MacPherson Struts with Coil Springs for the front suspension, and Double Wishbone Suspension with Coil Springs for the rear.<\/p>\n
