The Digitest model outlines five stages of digital maturity among Philippine enterprises, starting with the Observer, which consists of businesses with limited digital adoption and minimal technological investments. Companies then progress to the Adopter stage, using digital tools more consistently to enhance operations and growth. This is followed by the Proficient organization, which has embedded technology and automation into its daily operations.
