Foundever celebrated the graduates of its Learn2Employ program.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were 31 out-of-school youths who graduated from the Learn2Employ program by Foundever, held at Dolphy Theater on May 18, 2025. The program, in partnership with Unilab Foundation and Alay Kapwa Community Schooling (AKCS) program by Caritas Philippines, equips marginalized youth with the skills needed for employment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foundever leaders in attendance included Willy Lim (VP for HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition), Joy Dela Cruz (Director for Recruitment Sourcing & Marketing), Jephte Moneda (Director for Recruitment Sourcing & Marketing), and Eliane Therese Lansigan (Recruitment Manager for University and Community Partnership).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quezon City, Philippines \u2013 In a significant step towards youth empowerment and inclusive employment, Foundever\u00ae in the Philippines celebrated the graduation of 31 out-of-school youths from its Learn2Employ program. The ceremony took place at the Dolphy Theater on May 18, 2025 and showcased the partnership between Foundever, the Unilab Foundation, and Caritas Philippines\u2019 Alay Kapwa Community Schooling (AKCS) program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Learn2Employ program is designed to provide marginalized young Filipinos with the training and soft skills to thrive in today\u2019s competitive job market. The most recent cohort completed their training in March, with a focus on job readiness, communication skills, and workplace professionalism tailored for careers in customer service and business process outsourcing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLearn2Employ is more than just a program; it\u2019s about empowering young individuals to transform their lives,\u201d said Willy Lim, Vice President for HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition at Foundever in the Philippines. \u201cWe are incredibly proud of each graduate for their commitment to learning and personal growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s program continues the broader mission of Foundever to support out-of-school youth by offering not just employment opportunities but also educational assistance and skills development. The initiative reflects the company\u2019s belief in fair chances and its commitment to empowering individuals who are often overlooked in the job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ceremony, Foundever was honored with an award from Caritas Philippines, recognizing its invaluable contributions to the AKCS program. \u201cAt AKCS, our mission is to create opportunities for out-of-school youths to complete their education and enhance their employability,\u201d stated Rev. Fr. Carmelo \u201cTito\u201d Caluag, Executive Director of Caritas Philippines. \u201cWith partners like Foundever, we are successfully fulfilling our promise to these young individuals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also present at the ceremony were Joy Dela Cruz and Jephte Moneda, Directors for Recruitment Sourcing and Marketing, along with Eliane Therese Lansigan, Recruitment Manager for University and Community Partnership. Foundever leaders congratulated the graduates and reaffirmed the company\u2019s support for initiatives that bridge education, employability, and social equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
